New Pilates classes are starting on Thursday mornings at Hilton Village hall 9.30 and 10.35 beginners welcome.
Pilates is a safe and gentle stretching and toning exercise suitable for all ages and abilities.
Pilates strengthens the muscles to support the spine and alleviates back and musculo-skeletal issues.
