HILTON PRODUCE SHOW RULES 2016

1. Forms to be submitted no later than 12 midnight on TUESDAY 19th July 2015 to Cheska Hodder at 15 Kidmans Close or Helen Attwood at Crossroads, Potton Road or by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. The show is open to non-Hilton residents who may be awarded highly commended rosettes. All trophies 1st, 2nd and 3rd place rosettes will be awarded to Hilton residents.

3. 1 entry per class except for classes 62-67 where 2 varieties of jam or chutney may be entered.

 

4. The marquee opens at 8:30am to receive exhibits and the marquee is cleared at 10:15 for judging and only the judges and assistants are allowed in the marquee.

5. All trophies must be returned to Hilton Produce Show Committee by 1st June 2017.

6. The committee takes no responsibility for any loss or damages items.

If you are unsure that a particular item may not make it to show enter it anyway as no new exhibits can be accepted on the day and we do understand the occasional mishap or lost entry!
